Modus Apparel does not have physical office location. All orders are shipped from PO BOX 13037, TEMPE, AZ 85284. This is also our mailing address for exchanges and returns.

HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSORED ATHLETE OR AMBASSADOR FOR MODUS APPAREL?

At the moment, we are not sponsoring anyone else. We will be opening sponsorship options back up once the business has expanded more.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY DOMESTIC (U.S.) ORDER TO GET TO ME?

ALL orders packaged and shipped the NEXT business day and shipped through USPS First Class and Priority Mail. It generally takes 3-5 days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility it left from.

We don't ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Modus Apparel is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or lost packages that were sent to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for filling all information out properly and is responsible for the package upon delivery. Modus Apparel is not responsible once packages are in the hands of USPS.

ALL orders are packaged and shipped the NEXT business days and shipped through USPS First Class International, USPS Priority, or DHL.  It generally takes 7-12 days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility it left from.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET

Review your order confirmation in the email we sent you and click on the tracking number.

If the package has been delivered, call your local USPS facility and they will handle the issue.

 

MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY, HOW DO I GO ABOUT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Returns
At Modus Apparel, we stand behind everything we sell 100%. If something doesn't fit or look the way you intended it to, you can exchange it for another item or refund within 30 days of original purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If something doesn't fit or look the way you intended it to, you can exchange it for another item or within 30 days of original purchase.   If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@modusapparel.com with your order number.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
